• The ancient Indian mounds created to keep the tepees dry are located to the right of the main entry through the cattle guard.
• The old San Antonio Stage Coach Road is located where FM962 runs between the North and South sections of the Ranch.
• The Hunter's Cabin served as the Saloon in its day.
• The original hand stacked rock walls, which define the old pastures, were built by settlers before Texas became part of the Union.
• Great Grandfather Robinson sold cattle to a Montana buyer with a simple hand shake. Money changed hands on delivery. He once rode a ship to Cuba with his cattle on board to make a delivery; perhaps not as trustworthy.
• This is the only large ranch in the Hill Country that is still intact with live water. Located on 849 Parker Road and FM 962 in Round Mountain, Blanco County, Texas.
